Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Jana Calendars you agree to the following terms.
Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for 15 days unless mentioned otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
- Printing starts after the final design proof is approved by you.
Designs and content
- You are responsible for the names, logos, photos and text you provide.
- Colours may vary slightly between screen and print.
Delivery
- Goods are dispatched through transport / courier; the LR number is shared on WhatsApp.
- Transit time depends on the transporter. Freight is extra unless stated in the quotation.
Payment
- Balance payment is due before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
Jurisdiction
Subject to local jurisdiction of our place of business.
