Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the design proof is approved.
- After printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- If you cancel before printing, the advance is refunded after deducting design charges (if any), within 7 working days to the original payment method.
- Customised printed calendars are not returnable.
Damaged or wrong goods
- Report damage or printing defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos on WhatsApp.
- We will reprint the affected quantity or refund the proportionate amount after verification.
